ABOUT THE ARTIST

A native Ohioan, Michelle began her career as an artist with earnest intent after her kindergarten teacher told her she was gifted in art. Instead of a lemonade stand, she set up a table to sell her hand-painted rocks. Neighbors loved her creations. Today, she creates artwork inspired by her childhood memories: relaxing on the beach, summer boat rides, and weekends at he grandparents. Her art is featured on Wayfair, Urban Outfitters, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and more. She lives in a quaint lakeside town, where she enjoys nature from her treehouse-like deck after a day of creating. She delights in hand-painting Art That Feels Like Sunshine and loves watercolor paints, soft brushes, and a generously sweetened iced coffee by her side.
