Q: How long does my order take to ship out?

A: Production time is 3-5 business days. 

Q: How is my order shipped?

A: Your order is shipped out via USPS.

Q: Can I have a digital file of your original artwork?

A: Due to the handmade nature and art licensing agreements, I do not offer a digital file of my original artwork.

Q: Can I come meet you in person at your studio?

A: I work from my home studio and do not offer appointments at this time.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Due to the very small nature of my business, I do not offer free shipping.

Q: Will you paint custom artwork for me?

A: I currently offer custom house portraits, dog portraits, watercolor wedding crests, and signature drink signs. See more details here.
